For instance, you only need to walk about 500 meters to reach the quay in Havneby and gaze out over the open water. From here, you can also take the ferry for a day trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt – and if you prefer to stay on solid ground, there are plenty of beautiful natural ex­pe­ri­en­ces and cozy acti­vi­ties awaiting you on Rømø. When it comes to shopping, you won’t need to go far, as the apartment is right by Havneby’s central square, where there is a year-round su­per­mar­ket. You also have easy access to the town’s good selection of re­stau­rants, fis­h­mon­gers, and take-away places when it's time to conclude your holiday day with a nice meal.
