Welcome inside
As the in­tro­duction suggests, it’s not just the location that is exclusive. The apartment is located at the top of a newly con­structed building, and the trip up to the second floor can con­ve­ni­ent­ly be made via the elevator. Inside, you can look forward to spending your days in a modern holiday home where eve­ryt­hing just works: the layout is great, and the inviting at­mosp­he­re is enhanced by tasteful decor, light color tones, and large windows that let in plenty of daylight. A specially designed kitchen connects openly with the living room, where you can enjoy meals at the dining table or relax in the com­fortab­le sofa area. The sofa itself is a double sofa bed, so at night, it serves as a good sup­ple­ment to the double beds in the two bedrooms, one of which features a flexible ad­ju­stab­le bed. A bathroom is, of course, part of the layout, and like the other rooms, it is designed for ac­ces­si­bi­li­ty.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, a wide glass door gives you direct access to a large balcony, which, with its south-facing ori­en­ta­tion, is de­light­ful­ly sunny for most of the day. If you prefer cooler tem­pe­ra­tu­res, you can settle on the wide hallway on the other side of the building, where you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the Wadden Sea, which is just a few hundred meters away.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The view of the water is truly ex­cep­tio­nal, as the Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its unique natural en­viron­ment. From the apartment, it takes just a few minutes to walk down to the quay in Havneby when you want to enjoy the maritime at­mosp­he­re or perhaps even take the ferry for a cozy day trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. If you stay on Rømø, there are plenty of natural ex­pe­ri­en­ces awaiting you, whether you drive to the broad sandy beaches on the west coast, take a forest trip in the plan­ta­tions, or observe the diverse birdlife in the marshes. After your small and large excur­sions, it’s lovely to return to Havneby: here you can easily park your car in the de­sig­na­ted parking area and leave it for the rest of the day, as grocery options, dining establis­h­ments, and small shops are all con­ve­ni­ent­ly located close to the holiday apartment.
