Welcome inside
The summer house was thor­oug­hly renovated in 2018, and it presents itself in a well-main­tai­ned and inviting manner. Inside, you have 126 m² to spread out on, with a layout that is perfect for up to six holiday guests. There are three bedrooms, two equipped with double beds and the third with two single beds. A spacious bathroom and a guest toilet are also part of the layout, along with a lovely sauna where you can warm up on cold days and evenings. Finally, the living area consists of a large corner living room and an adjoining kitchen. For added coziness, there is a wood stove in the living room, which is furnished with beautiful leather furniture and a smart TV with satellite and DVD—and for the playful family members, there is both foosball and a Play­Sta­tion 3.

Enjoy life outside
There is plenty of room for fun and games in the garden, which includes a swing set and a sandbox. The house's south-facing terrace is also sheltered by a wall and is equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, a grill, and nice garden furniture, plus there is ample parking space in the driveway.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located in a cozy area close to the center of Havneby, which offers a su­per­mar­ket and a good selection of re­stau­rants. Even closer is the Rømø Play & Maze Park, which provides fun acti­vi­ties for the whole family. If you enjoy golfing, Rømø Golf Club is also nearby, with its beautiful courses situated by the Wadden Sea. It is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth exploring the Wadden Sea, as this stunning wetland area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can even take a boat trip on the Wadden Sea by ferry from Havneby for a day trip to the German holiday island of Sylt.
