There are plenty of great places to relax both indoors and outdoors in this lovely summer house: On cool evenings, you can enjoy board games and movies in the living room, while the terrace is perfect for sun­bat­hing and summer barbecues. Plus, you even have a perfect in­ter­me­di­a­te space in the form of a lovely con­ser­va­tory, where you can enjoy the beautiful light and the green sur­ro­un­dings.

Welcome inside
The square meters are well-utilized in the summer house, which offers three bedrooms and a bathroom in addition to a well-fun­ctio­ning living area. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed, providing a total of five sleeping places in the house. When you want to cozy up together, you can gather in the living area, which consists of a fun­ctio­nal kitchen and two in­ter­con­nected living rooms that are char­m­ing­ly split-level with a couple of steps between the TV room and the dining room. When the sun is shining, it’s also appealing to settle down in the adjoining con­ser­va­tory, as the large windows invite daylight inside.

Enjoy life outside
To the south and west of the summer house, there are two terraces, so you can assess the sun con­di­tions before getting com­fortab­le. And if you don’t spend all the sunshine hours lounging in the garden chairs, there is also room to play on the lawn in the 1,200 m² large plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly located in the Lakolk area: On the small cul-de-sac, the house is well set back and virtually adjacent to a protected, open natural landscape. At the same time, it is only 200 meters to Lakolk Shopping Center, where you can shop, buy in­gre­di­ents for a homemade meal, or sit down at Café Fru Dax for a meal. If you feel like heading to the beach, it’s not much further to Lakolk Beach, which offers lovely bathing water and white sand as far as the eye can see. The beach is even con­si­de­red one of Europe’s widest sandy beaches, and it is possible to drive on the beach if you prefer. Windsur­fing and kite flying are also popular here, and there are even horseback riding tours along the coast organized by several of Rømø's riding centers.
