The house's re­in­ter­pre­ta­tion of an old-fashioned framework kitchen fits perfectly into the large kitchen-dining area, where you can gather for delicious dinners around the long table. The living room invites cozy evenings with its large flat-screen TV and wood stove, and when the weather allows, the adjoining con­ser­va­tory is a lovely place to relax. Five good bedrooms are di­stri­bu­ted on the ground floor and first floor, and the layout also includes two beautiful bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a spacious entrance with laundry fa­ci­li­ties.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you have ample distance from the neighbors, as the nature plot is im­pres­si­ve­ly large. It is wonderful to have such peaceful sur­ro­un­dings to enjoy outdoor life in, and it feels re­fres­hing to take a siesta in the sun loungers and grill in the evening. The lovely newly built terrace offers fantastic views over the scenic landscape.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the summer house, you are just under 500 meters from Vråby Plan­ta­tion, so if you want to go for a walk, run, or bike ride in beautiful sur­ro­un­dings, it can easily be done. You can also head towards Spids­b­jerg, one of Rømø’s most beautiful viewpo­ints, and if you walk east, you will soon see the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you want a true beach day at the North Sea, you have easy access to both Sønder­strand and Lakolk Strand, and the drive to Havneby takes only three minutes if you want to shop at the su­per­mar­ket and fis­h­mon­gers or dine at one of the town's re­stau­rants.
