Therefore, all rooms appear neat and well-main­tai­ned – including the bright bathroom and utility room, where the washing machine and dryer can be found. Four bedrooms are located in the same area, while the kitchen has an open con­nection to a large living room. This is where you can lounge by the wood stove in soft seating, perhaps watching a good movie on the flat-screen TV when you really want to unwind. When it’s nearly mealtime, you can set the table at the dining table – unless the nice weather tempts you to move dinner outdoors.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, there is direct access to the house's south-facing terrace, which is enclosed by a fence and partially covered. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy the summer weather and good company. If the children can’t sit still, they can head out to the garden to play on the lawn, swing, and build castles in the sandbox. As a practical detail, there is ample parking space in the driveway, and there is also a garage for the car, while the backyard is closed/fenced, allowing your dog to run freely.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Havneby is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. You live pea­ce­ful­ly, yet close to the town's good selection of dining options, and in ten minutes you can stroll to the square, where a well-stocked su­per­mar­ket is located. From the harbor, you can take the ferry to Sylt if you want a cozy day trip to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Wadden Sea from a boat. The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and on Rømø, there are op­portu­ni­ties to join several guided tours that bring you closer to the fa­sci­nat­ing tidal area. If you enjoy golfing, Rømø Golf Club is not far away, and the beautiful Sønder­strand is just 2.5 ki­lo­me­ters away.
