The low gable roof and partially covered terrace showcase the house's di­stin­cti­ve per­so­na­li­ty, and indoors, there is a fine balance between classic summer house charm and original details. The living space invites cozy moments with warm cocoa and board games near the wood-burning stove, and shared cooking in the open kitchen area. If you really need to unwind, you can indulge yourself with a sauna session in the bathroom—and if you've settled into a relaxed holiday pace, you can take a nap in one of the summer house's three good bedrooms after your sauna visit.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house is located at the end of a small road on a 2,500 m2 natural plot, making the address peaceful and ex­cep­tio­nal­ly beautiful. To the south of the house, there is plenty of space to play on the lawn, and at both ends of the vacation home, wooden terraces have been created for easy access to the outdoors. The southwest-facing terrace is partially covered, while the northeast side faces a scenic area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
In Kongsmark, the air is filled with peace and idyllic charm, and many great nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces await. For instance, it’s not far to Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, where you can play at the large natural play­gro­und, follow good hiking trails, and even go horseback riding if you join an excursion with one of Rømø’s riding centers. The Wadden Sea is, of course, a major at­tra­ction, as this unique tidal area is not only Denmark's largest national park but is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. A great way to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Wadden Sea is to take a guided tour—such as an oyster tour or a child-friendly Wadden Sea expe­di­tion. The west coast of Rømø is also family-friendly, where you can swim and play on the kilometer-wide Lakolk Strand. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the youngest family members will surely ap­pre­ci­a­te the com­pli­men­tary access to the water park at Skærbækcentret on the mainland.
