Description
There is plenty of space for play, relaxation, and social moments in this lovely summer house in Kongsmark. Inside, you can spread out over 123 m², and outdoors, sunbathing, garden games, and barbecue dinners will take place on a 2737 m² large and secluded natural plot.
Welcome inside
With so many square meters, it’s perfect to invite family and friends to join your vacation. Indoors, there is room for nine guests spread across five good bedrooms: Two rooms are furnished with double beds, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed, while the fifth room offers a single bed. As a thoughtful detail, the bedrooms are located at both ends of the house – and when you have many gathered, it’s also nice that both a bathroom and a guest toilet are part of the layout. The bathroom is luxuriously designed with a spa and sauna, offering you the chance to prepare for a true wellness evening. Relaxation moments can also take place in the large living room with an integrated kitchen. This inviting living space is equipped with both a fireplace and a heat pump, and the large windows ensure wonderful natural light and a nice view of the green surroundings. If you need to move around a bit, you can head over to the annex, where you can play table tennis in the activity room.
Enjoy life outside
The table tennis in the annex is certainly not the only opportunity for fun, as there is plenty of space for physical activity on the large natural plot. Both young and old can participate in a match on the beach volleyball court, while the swings, sandbox, and playhouse are primarily for the younger family members. When you need a break from the garden games, you can settle down on the partially covered terrace that wraps around the eastern, southern, and western sides of the summer house.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is situated in peaceful and scenic surroundings, and just across the road, the open farmland stretches out. Kirkeby Plantation, Lakolk Beach, and the Wadden Sea are nearby when you head out into nature – and the latter is even listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, so you could say the surroundings are exceptional. There are also many great dining options and fun holiday activities on Rømø – including a golf course, riding centers, and opportunities for windsurfing, as well as blockart and kite buggy rides. If you prefer an indoor swimming experience over swimming in the North Sea, you can drive to the mainland, where you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
