Newly built summer house for 10 people with outdoor spa, beautiful location and close to Dyngby Strand

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to this newly built summer house from 2022 near Dyngby Strand. The house is well furnished and perfect place for a relaxing holiday in modern sur­ro­un­dings. The house has four bedrooms, an open kitchen, a large living room, a nice bathroom and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are com­fortably furnished and with quality double beds in three of the bedrooms + 1 bedroom with a double pull-out bed.
At the cottage, there are two extra beds in a double bed in the annex.

Centrally located in the house is the large kitchen, where the kitchen contains eve­ryt­hing you need during your stay of modern fa­ci­li­ties for delicious cooking. Here you can enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful view over the fields. Directly connected to the kitchen is the dining area and comfy sofa area, where you can all gather after a good day at the beach and enjoy board games, puzzles, chat and maybe watch a movie on the TV, where you have the op­portu­ni­ty to stream your own subscrip­tion via Chro­mecast.

There is a nice bathroom in the house with toilet, shower and a relaxing bathtub. There is also a guest toilet and both a washing machine and dryer in the house, so you can get your towels washed after a long day at the beach.

Outdoor
There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to spend time outdoors during your stay. Around the house there is a large wooden terrace with nice garden furniture. Your meals of the day can be prepared at the outdoor kitchen and on the gas or charcoal grill and enjoyed on the partially covered terrace. There are plenty of spots to relax, read a good book, or maybe just take a holiday nap.In addition to the house you will find a wonderful wil­der­ness bath and an outdoor shower. It's great to take a dip outside after a lovely day of ocean swimming - re­gard­less of the season.

Perhaps during your stay you'd like to make your own pizza - in which case you can make use of the pizza oven at the house.

Location
Located on Dyngby Beach, this is a summer house in lovely sur­ro­un­dings where you can relax in the peace and quiet. Dyngby Strand is a very child-friendly beach, where you can enjoy a swim in the ocean or go for a long walk at the beach.

Saksild Strand is only 15 minutes walk from the house. Here you will find Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza) and Strands­hop­pen with a variety of daily groceries and a new mini golf course from 2021. In Saksild you will also find Denmark's oldest mini golf course, where you can challenge each other and eat a delicious ice cream af­terwards.

If you are into active holidays, you can for example enjoy the water, cycling or hiking in the beautiful nature in the area. Tip: Bike and Pad­dle­bo­ard rental at Saksild Strand Camping. The area is ideal for a bike ride through the landscape and several smaller towns.

Just a ten-minute drive away is the town of Odder, where you'll find shopping op­portu­ni­ties and spe­ci­a­li­ty shops. From Hou there is a daily ferry service to the islands of Samsø and Tunø. So a day trip to one of the charming islands is a must. Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city, is only 25 km away and offers eve­ryt­hing a big city can offer. Great dining, ar­chi­tec­tu­re, museums, art, café life and shopping. The bowling centre "Kuglen & Keglen" in Odder also has many outdoor acti­vi­ties for the whole family, both big and small.
