Close to a great beach, you will find this beautiful and spacious holiday home with room for the whole family.

The house has a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and a dining area connected to the kitchen. From the living room, you can see the beautiful nature through panoramic windows and at the same time feel the lovely light from outside that il­lu­mi­na­tes the living room. Flat-screen TV in the living room and loft, and the house has a Play­sta­tion 3.

The house sleeps four good-sized bedrooms and a loft. Two rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds.

The house has two nice bathrooms with a 2-person spa bath and access to a sauna in one and a shower and toilet in the other.

There is also a handy heated towel rail in one bathroom.

Outdoor
From the living room there is access to an open terrace area. The house has a covered terrace with several garden furniture and a shelter for 3 persons.

There is plenty of room for games and play on the large lawn, where there is also a football goal.

Location
This year-round insulated holiday home is located 100 metres from East Jutland's most beautiful beach.

At Saksild Strand, at what is in daily talk known as Trekanten, you can get an old-fashioned ice cream cone at Vaf­fel­hu­set and enjoy a meal at Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set.

The mini golf course is also worth a visit. Come and challenge the family to a game of minigolf at Denmark's oldest - and we can promise - very lovely minigolf course on Sko­v­du­e­vej.

With only approx. 20 min. drive to Aarhus, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to ex­pe­ri­en­ce, among other things, the Aros Art Museum, where you can take a walk in the Rainbow and look out over the city in different colours and angles, high above the city's roofs. In Aarhus, you can also visit the Old Town, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. Check out the new street from the 1970s with both shops and homes from that time.

This beautiful house is also suitable for families who want to spend time together.
