New Luxury Holiday Home with Spa and Sauna only 300 meters from East Jutland's best Beach at Saksild

We are excited to welcome you to this newly built holiday home near Saksild Beach. The house is built in year 2020 and is ideal for relaxing with friends and family in a modern setting. In general; a holiday home that appeals to whole family.
The house has four bedrooms, an open kitchen / family room, a large living room, two nice bathrooms, a spa, a sauna, and an activity room.
The sleeping ac­com­moda­tion is divided into three bedrooms with quality double beds, and one room with a nice bunk bed. There are a highchair and a cot at your disposal.
The bright kitchen / living room is centrally located in the house, and the kitchen offers eve­ryt­hing you need of modern fa­ci­li­ties. There are induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dis­hwas­her, a re­fri­ge­ra­tor, a large freezer and Quooker - easy for boiling water.
In the kitchen / family room you will find a nice dining area and a lovely sofa ar­ran­ge­ment, where the family can gather around board games, puzzles, con­ver­sa­tions or perhaps watch a movie on the TV, which has Chro­mecast. There is free 200/200 M-bit internet in the house.
In the activity room you will find a pool table and a TV with Chro­mecast, LAN cable, and Wii. All playful persons will love to use these fa­ci­li­ties.
There are two modern bathrooms - both with a toilet and a shower. In one of the bathrooms, you can enjoy and relax in the spa and the sauna. In the second bathroom you will find a washing machine combined dryer. A hairdryer is also available.
During your stay, you can enjoy the good indoor climate with un­der­floor heating throug­hout the house, efficient ven­ti­la­tion system and com­fortab­le acoustic due to the fiber roof tiles.

Outdoor
A nice terrace surrounds the house with both open and covered areas.
Therefor you can always find a nice place to relax, perhaps in the garden furniture, the sun loungers or lounge furniture.
It will be natural to prepare several of meals on the large gas grill and enjoy it with the family on terrace.
For the little ones there is a swing and plenty of space to play. When the adults need to relax, the youngest can play in the built-in sandbox in the terrace.
The house offers an outdoor shower, which can be used during the summer. It is both lovely and practical bathing outside, after a nice day at the beach.
The garden is fenced so a dog can walk around without a leash.
There are chargers for electric cars in the driveway.

The house is only 300 meters from East Jutland's best bathing beach. It is sandy, child friendly and has the "Blue Flag". Therefore, this holiday home is ideal for a holiday spend at the beach during the summer. If you prefer an active holiday, you can explore the sea, go biking or hiking all year round in the beautiful nature.
Tip: You can rent bicycles and paddles at Saksild Strand Camping.
In Saksild you will find Denmark's oldest mini golf course, where you can challenge your friends and enjoy a delicious ice cream.
Within walking distance, you will find Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza) and Strands­hop­pen with offers various groceries.
It is also close to the small and cozy harbor town Norsminde. There you can enjoy an ice cream or dine at the reputable Norsminde Inn. There is also "Fi­ske­hu­set" where you can buy lunch and dinner at rea­so­nab­le prices.
From Hou there is a daily ferry crossing to the islands of Samsø and Tunø. We recommend a day trip.
Eight ki­lo­me­ters from the holiday home is the town Odder. It offers the nicest pe­de­stri­an street with fine shopping op­portu­ni­ties, large selection of shops for groceries and sights. Visit the "Denmark's largest Kvickly" which offers many good offers and great ex­pe­ri­en­ces.
The bowling center "Kuglen & Keglen" in Odder also has many outdoor acti­vi­ties for the whole family.
A half an hour's drive from the house you can enjoy and ex­pe­ri­en­ce, Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city. There you will find “The Old Town”, the art museum AROS, Moesgaard Museum, the shopping center Bruuns Galleri and Tivoli Friheden. The city offers a large selection of cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces, shopping and many fine dining options.
