This lovely house has a fantastic location in nature and is a com­ple­te­ly renovated and modern sum­mer­hou­se for a total of 5 people.

Interior
The sum­mer­hou­se appears as new with light-coloured walls and stylish interior design, while retaining the cosy feel of a holiday home. The entrance hall is a lovely, fun­ctio­nal utility room with storage space and a washing machine. From here you enter a hallway with access to the three bedrooms and bathroom.
The bathroom has a good size and, like the rest of the house, has been newly renovated with a nice walk-in shower. The bedrooms have com­fortab­le beds with room for a total of 5 people. The bedrooms are cosily furnished with bedside tables, storage space and good windows that provide a view of the garden.

The large and spacious kitchen-living room is the centre of the house, with plenty of space for everyone to cook together or relax with a game in front of the wood-burning stove.

The kitchen is bright and open, with a dis­hwas­her, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. It's easy to prepare all your holiday meals here, and the kitchen is directly connected to the dining area so you can spend most of your time together. The dining table is placed in the centre of the room, and the large windows and garden doors to the west and south-facing terraces give you a great view of the garden. Next to the dining table is also a wood-burning stove that creates cosiness and warmth throug­hout the kitchen/family room.

The house also has a heat pump that helps maintain a good indoor tem­pe­ra­tu­re.

In the opposite corner is a TV and a sofa, where you can get com­fortab­le and use the Chro­mecast to watch your own TV content via your phone or tablet and the house Wi-Fi.

Outdoors
The sum­mer­hou­se has a lovely, secluded garden in a scenic location and a short distance to Norsminde Fjord. The garden is sur­ro­un­ded by a hedge and trees, and in front of the house is a beautiful meadow.

The beautiful, newly landsca­ped terrace blends in well with the rest of the wooden house and is slightly elevated, giving a good overview of the garden and the area. There are several good places to relax in the garden furniture, so you can find shelter, sun, or shade here. There is also a barbecue on the terrace, which is ideal for outdoor meals when the weather is fa­vou­rab­le.

The sum­mer­hou­se also has an outdoor shower, so if you've been down to the beach or just want to take a shower in the fresh air, you can do so.

Area
The sum­mer­hou­se is located in the cosy harbour town of Norsminde, in a scenic area with open meadows and only 250 metres to the beautiful Kysing beach. At the harbour in Norsminde you can visit the fis­her­man's house or dine at the popular and historic Norsminde Kro. Close to the house is also the excellent Re­stau­rant Himmel & Hav, which is beau­ti­ful­ly situated on Kysing Strand.

Around Norsminde Fjord, many beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces await. There is a good cycling route around the fjord and a 3-kilometre hike around Kysing Næs. North and south of Norsminde are beautiful, child-friendly beaches. Here you can also find acti­vi­ties such as mini golf at Ajstrup beach or rent a SUP board at Saksild beach.

About 10 ki­lo­metres away is Malling, where you'll find grocery stores and all the ne­ces­si­ties you might need on your holiday. Half an hour's drive from the sum­mer­hou­se is Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city with a wide range of shops and cultural at­tra­ctions. Here you can visit Moesgaard Museum, The historic old town “Den Gamle By” or Aros Art Museum.
