It is a great pleasure to welcome you to this exciting holiday home at Kysing Strand. The house is well disposed and designed, so it is ideal for a cozy and relaxing holiday in a house with nice decor, good style and a touch of southern at­mosp­he­re inside and out.

As soon as you enter the house, you feel the cosiness and you im­me­di­a­te­ly feel it is a good place you have landed. Here you feel like relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.

The house has four bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room, nice living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 annexes.

The house's four bedrooms all have good quality beds and lockers for storing luggage. Two of these bedrooms are in separate annexes, with one bedroom having its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

Centrally located in the house is the large kitchen/living room, where the kitchen provides eve­ryt­hing you need of modern fa­ci­li­ties during your stay for delicious cooking as well as gas stove. Here is direct access to the terrace and the beau­ti­ful­ly grown garden.

In direct con­nection to the kitchen, there is a large dining area and cozy sofa where you can all gather after a good day at the beach and enjoy board games, puzzles, chat and maybe watch a movie on the large TV, where there are Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels + Chro­mecast.

There is free 300/300 MB internet.

Outdoors
The summer house is located in a quiet but popular area at Kysing Strand. The house is on a closed road and a very unspoilt plot only 75 meters from the water.

Around the house there are plenty op­portu­ni­ties to find a cozy corner in one of the numerous garden furniture or sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the sun, the weather and maybe read a good book while the little ones have fun in the playhouse or use the swing that stands in the garden.

In this house there is a great focus on the good outdoor life, with cooking and almost southern at­mosp­he­re in the beautiful open garden room with large and spacious dining area and built-in TV with many TV channels.

Most of the day's meals can be prepared in the large outdoor kitchen, in the pizza oven or on the house gas grill and enjoyed in the open garden room.

The outdoor kitchen has a gas hob, fridge, sink, gas grill and a large selection of kitchen utensils. Enjoy!

A highly addictive cottage that you will surely dream back to - and who knows - you might come back year after year.

Location
The cottage is close to fjord, the sea, and a beach, which is a very good beach. Furt­her­more, it is not far to the cozy Norsminde Harbour.

Here you can visit Fi­ske­hu­set and have a light meal on the quay or you can dine at the well-known re­stau­rant Norsminde Kro.

If you like hiking, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for this, as you can both walk around the nose and into the fjord itself. You should also walk all the way around Kysing Næs, as it is a very beautiful walk.

The summer house is close to Aarhus and the bus leaves from the harbour several times a day. For example, take the bus into Aarhus and enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch by the stream named Aaen, in the middle of the city, and then take a walk in the super nice pe­de­stri­an streets. We also recommend a visit to the Aros art museum and the Mu­sik­hu­set, located in the city centre.

The summer house's central location in East Jutland means you're close to both the main at­tra­ctions and the biggest cultural events. Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kat­te­gat­cen­tret and many other major at­tra­ctions are within driving distance of the holiday home.
