This is a holiday home with a great at­mosp­he­re and the ongoing mo­der­ni­sa­tion has resulted in a really tasteful and cosy interior. The living room on both the upper and lower floors provide space for acti­vi­ties together, but also the op­portu­ni­ty to retreat and read a book or watch TV. Fun­ctio­nal kitchen with dis­hwas­her, microwave and coffee maker. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a double bed and a bunk bed. On the first floor, the living room also serves as a bedroom with 2 sofa beds, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. In con­nection with one of the bedrooms on the first floor, there is access to a balcony with a view of the garden. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a wood-burning stove where you also can keep you warm on cold evenings.

Outside
Lovely garden with lawn. In addition to the lovely terrace on the first floor, there is both an open and covered terrace, where you can always find shelter. Sandpit and swing for the little ones.

Location
Only 100 metres from the sea and only 200 metres from the beach where there is a a jetty. Within walking distance you will find Norsminde Harbour with an idyllic harbour en­viron­ment and Norsminde Inn, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. The harbour is always lively and in the summer you can also enjoy sitting and eating directly on the harbour quay at Fi­ske­hu­set. There are great walks and hikes around the headland and close to Aarhus and the many East Jutland at­tra­ctions such as Djurs Som­mer­land and Den Gamle By.
