Really cosy holiday home which is con­ti­nuous­ly being renovated - Most recently, the kitchen has been renovated and there is now direct access to the covered terrace - The kitchen is also connected to the dining room and living room. From the kitchen and dining room there is a sea view. Cosy living room with wood-burning stove over­look­ing the lovely garden. Nice bathroom with un­der­floor heating and two good bedrooms in the main house. Annex close to the house has a double sofa bed with spring mattres­ses and a bunk bed. Plenty of board games and puzzles in the house.

Outdoor
The garden and the sur­ro­un­dings outside the holiday home are cha­ra­cte­ri­sed by many cosy terraces and nooks. So you' will always be able to find a sheltered spot. In addition, there is a shelter in the garden, which can be used both for and for overnight stays. By the shelter there is a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen table.

The garden also has a large lawn with room for play. In general, there are plenty of outdoor games such as bobsleigh, croquet and king games. By the kitchen there is a lovely sheltered terrace. Raised beds with herbs that you are welcome to use. Two car parking spaces and only 100 metres to the jetty. Outdoor shower.

The location
The holiday home is located on Kysing Næs - this means that there is water close by on three sides, says the owner. They like to walk around the headland. Norsminde Harbour is close by and here you will find Fi­ske­hu­set, known for fresh fish cakes and live music on the quay. At Pouli Ni­el­sens­vej is the best beach on the headland with a jetty.

Take a trip to Aarhus and enjoy the city life and at­tra­ctions - you can take the bus from the harbour right into the centre of Aarhus. The location in East Jutland allows for many day trips to Legoland, Djurs Som­mer­land or the Kattegat Centre in Grenå.
