Newly built sum­mer­hou­se for 6 people - close to Rude Strand

This modern and beautiful sum­mer­hou­se sets the scene for a cosy holiday on one of East Jutland's most beautiful coasts. The fa­ci­li­ties and sur­ro­un­dings of the sum­mer­hou­se ensure a wonderful stay.

Interior
The sum­mer­hou­se is a new and welcoming house, where con­si­de­ra­tion has been given to make the rooms fun­ctio­nal and at the same time spacious for social gathering. The entrance hall of the sum­mer­hou­se is a good di­stri­bu­tion corridor with space to bring in your luggage and a practical corner with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the hallway there is access to the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The bedrooms are brightly decorated with com­fortab­le double beds and closet space. However, one of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be separated. All rooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows and a garden door to the east-facing garden or west-facing terrace. The large windows, light-coloured walls and beautiful wooden plank flooring are con­si­stent throug­hout the sum­mer­hou­se, making it a complete and lovely house to stay in.

One of the bedrooms has its own entrance to a bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, light-coloured walls, tiles and wooden elements that create a cosy sum­mer­hou­se style.

From the hallway, you can access the second bathroom, which also has a good size, a walk-in shower and the same light-coloured tiles that make the bathroom inviting and fun­ctio­nal.

The main gathering space in the house is the kitchen/family room and the living room, which are connected to ensure that guests can spend many good hours together.

The kitchen has a simple and clean design with high ceilings and plenty of cupboard and worktop space. All the necessary fa­ci­li­ties are available in the kitchen, including a dis­hwas­her, fridge-freezer and oven. A kitchen-island makes it possible to stand in the kitchen and join in the con­ver­sa­tions at the dining table, or you can sit on a bar stool at the kitchen-island's and help chop the ve­ge­tab­les.

The dining table is at the centre of the room, and there is enough space for all 6 guests to gather.
Next to the kitchen and dining table are large, south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows and a garden door with direct access to the large wooden terrace. On the opposite side of the dining table, there is also a large window and access to a lovely, covered terrace facing north-west. Next to the kitchen and dining area, there is a ladder up to a cosy loft with two extra beds.

The large windows and the view of the green garden continue into the living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows provide great light into the cosy sofa corner. The sofa is the perfect place to relax with a book, enjoy the view of the garden or switch on the TV, which has Danish and German channels as well as a Chro­mecast, where you can watch your own content via WiFi and your mobile phone or tablet.

The open spaces and large windows make it a par­ti­cu­lar­ly modern and cosy sum­mer­hou­se to enjoy your holiday with family and friends.

Outdoors
The sum­mer­hou­se is located in a quiet sum­mer­hou­se area, but is sur­ro­un­ded by hedges, trees and fences, so you can enjoy privacy in the garden and peace and quiet on the terrace. The garden has a large lawn, so it is open and has room for play. Sur­ro­un­ding the house is an elevated wooden terrace, which offers great op­portu­ni­ties to take your meals and cosiness outside. The south-facing terrace is large and open with direct access from the kitchen, so when the weather permits, it's ideal to take your meals outside and sit in the cosy garden furniture.
The terrace continues around the house, with a covered terrace from the kitchen and more shelter when needed. On the terrace is also great garden furniture and a barbecue where you can cook your holiday meals.

Area
Only 400 metres from the holiday home is the lovely Rude beach, where you'll find a sandy beach and clear bathing water.

There are good fa­ci­li­ties such as a jetty and toilets, but there's still plenty of space to spread out on the beach and relax at the water's edge. At Rude beach you'll also find Eva Keramik, which displays local and beautiful han­di­crafts in its gallery. A little south of Rude beach is the popular Saksild beach, where there are several fa­ci­li­ties in the summer such as a lifeguard tower, stand-up paddle board rental and an ice cream shop. Saksild is also a lovely bathing beach, but there are usually more guests here in the summer.

About a 15-minute drive from the sum­mer­hou­se is Odder, a lively com­merci­al town with a cosy pe­de­stri­an street and several grocery stores. Here you can find most things you might need on your holiday, and there is also a swimming hall, cinema and bowling alley.

Close to the house, you can visit the re­stau­rant Himmel og Hav, which serves delicious food in cosy sur­ro­un­dings. Just 4 ki­lo­metres north of the sum­mer­hou­se is Norsminde, a cosy little harbour town on the Nors­min­defjord, where you can eat at Norsminde Kro.
