Lovely sum­mer­hou­se with good space for 8 people. The house was built in 2013 and extended in 2015 with 20 m2 for the living room, as well as a covered terrace. In 2019 it was extended again with a new annex of 19 m2 with 2 sleeping places, own bath, toilet, and 11 m2 closed outhouse.

The summer house is suitable for several ge­ne­ra­tions who want to holiday together, as access to the annex is via the outhouse. The house has been renovated ongoing and is very well main­tai­ned.

Well equipped kitchen in open con­nection with the dining area. The cosy living room is equipped with new furniture and flat screen TV. Have fun with friends and family in the dining area or relax in the armchairs with a good book while the fire crackles in the wood stove.

Nice bathroom with plenty of space, shower, toilet, and a nice sauna. Outside the bathroom a new washing machine and dryer have been installed in 2020.

The main house itself has 3 good bedrooms with com­fortab­le box mattres­ses, and all rooms have tiles with un­der­floor heating. The house is top insulated and thus very cheap to heat. There is heating with heat pump (air to air), wood stove and un­der­floor heating.

The house also includes free internet 100/100 Mbit, high chair, baby bath and cot.
In the house there is a TV package with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels.

Outdoor
The garden is sur­ro­un­ded by a 2 meter high, dense hedge and fence, which means that no one from the outside can look in, so you can enjoy your holiday pea­ce­ful­ly. In the garden is a new swing set, play tower and slide. From the living room there is access to a large, covered terrace facing south/west - perfect for a relaxing day in the shade or a cosy barbecue. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and charcoal barbecues. In addition, there is an open terrace to the east and an outdoor shower.

On the plot there is good parking with 4 parking spaces.In addition, there is a charging socket for an electric car in the driveway.

Location
With walking distance to good child-friendly sandy beach, you are close to great cottage ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The area is also suitable for cycling in the eastern Jutland co­un­trysi­de and then it is only 25 minutes drive to Aarhus, where you will find the Old Town and Tivoli Friheden. Yes, all of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions are close by - Legoland, Randers Regnskov, Løveparken in Givskud and Djurs Som­mer­land.

An hour's sail away is Tunø, where you can sign up for the exciting guided tours offered by Tunø-guiden.
