Indoor Area

The home is spread out across the first and second floors. On the 1st floor, you will find a foyer, a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and chairs, and a bathroom with a sauna, washing machine, dryer and a new spa bath. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dis­hwas­her, microwave, dining area, and access to a balcony. On the 2nd floor, there are two more bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a living room with access to a balcony. The living room also features a wood-burning stove converted to a bio stove, allowing you to enjoy flames through the glass without the need for wood. From the living room, there is a ladder leading up to a loft with two mattres­ses.

Outdoor Area

In the charming market town of Bogense, you will find the Bogense Strand holiday center which holds 39 houses. Each house has 4 rental units, and this one is located on the top with the 1st and 2nd floors. The apartment has a view of the sea from the balcony, where there are also garden furniture and a grill. The area is very close to the beach, play­gro­und, and harbor, and there are good op­portu­ni­ties here for both grocery shopping and re­stau­rant visits.

Location

Nearby, a new large and wide beach with fine sand has been establis­hed. Close to the apartment is the large Bogense swimming pool, which is a delight for all guests here. Bogense Marina is also nearby and can ac­com­moda­te almost 800 ships. Together with the old harbor, it creates a fantastic en­viron­ment with shops and re­stau­rants. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can explore the town which has plenty of small town­hou­ses, shops, and a genuine urban en­viron­ment. You can go fishing, or explore the natural area of Gyl­den­sten, and if you are the golfing type, the H.C. Andersen golf course at Gyl­den­sten is also an option. Furt­her­more, all of Fyn’s many other at­tra­ctions are not far away - eve­ryt­hing can be reached within a short time and a few ki­lo­me­ters.
