The summer house contains: Entrance hall, 2 good bedrooms in the house, in addition there is an annex where there is a bedroom with a double bed. In the house there is 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition there is an open kitchen with dining area and sofa area and wood-burning stove, as well as access to the covered terrace. The house is bright and there is room for a lot of to­get­her­ness and coziness.

The summer house is located on a 927 sqm plot with plenty of space for outdoor acti­vi­ties on the lawn. The house has a beautiful terrace that is partially covered, on the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue.

Beautiful summer house only 800 meters from the Baltic Sea bath. Here you can feel the summer house idyll and peace and quiet. The perfect holiday at­mosp­he­re. Take an evening walk and watch the sun set into the waves. There is also a bathing jetty by the beach and lots of crabs to catch. Enjoy a trip to La­lan­di­a's large water park and re­stau­rants (which also offer take-away), which are within driving distance of the holiday home or take a shopping trip with the ferry to Germany. There are several shopping options in Rødbyhavn, where you can buy your daily ne­ces­si­ties or drive to the cathedral town of Maribo and eat an ice cream in the market square. If you have an appetite for more ex­pe­ri­en­ces, Knut­hen­borg Safari Park is recom­men­ded to be explored. In the evening, you can play games around the dining table while the fire crackles in the wood-burning stove.
