Outdoors, the property offers a lovely wooden terrace from 2020, which is partially covered so the outdoor area can be used in all kinds of weather. Good edge planting around the whole plot as well as lots of lawn for ball games and play with the whole family.

Location
If you are looking for long walks in beautiful nature, then this house is just the place for you! A stone's throw from the property is Marielyst Enge, which with its 128 Hectares of wild nature, migratory birds and en­dan­ge­red and rare animals, is really worth a visit! In con­nection with the "new" wild nature at Marielyst Enge, there is also the Bøtø Bird Sanctuary and the beautiful Bøtø Forest. All just a short walk away from the holiday home.

In addition, there are only approx. 4 km to Marielyst town and square, which offers lots of re­stau­rants, shopping and more.

And if you are still looking for more beautiful nature, the lovely sandy beach is only 1 kilometer from here, which stretches from Gedser to Nord­fal­ster, and with its white sandy beaches and calm waters, has several times been named Denmark's best beach.
