The summer house located at this address is a charming find with a fireplace, con­ser­va­tory, and a sunny terrace, and it sits in a quiet setting just 200 meters from the beach.

Welcome inside
When the 80 m² summer house was renovated, the focus was on mo­der­nizing and brigh­te­ning the spaces while retaining the good at­mosp­he­re, making it an ideal base for those who need to relax. The rooms invite you to take it easy, whether it's the weather to light the fireplace and stretch out on the living room sofa, or if you spend most of the holiday in the adjoining con­ser­va­tory. If you enjoy cooking, there’s a great workspace in the open kitchen, and there’s both a shower and a washing machine in the bathroom. There are two bedrooms, and the house ac­com­moda­tes up to six people. Furt­her­more, there is a baby cot and baby bathtub in the house.

Enjoy life outside
The con­ser­va­tory is great for cooler spring days or summer evenings. But when the weather is mild and sunny, it’s likely the terrace area that wins the prize as the preferred place to hang out. There is a covered section, but the rest of the terrace is open – except for the screen and fence that offer shelter and make sure the dog doesn't run away.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Østergårdsvej ends in a cul-de-sac near the summer house, and you just need to walk to the end of the road and pass a single row of dunes before you reach Løkken Beach. On this town-close stretch of the beach, the classic white beach huts line up in the summer season, and there’s plenty of space to play, enjoy beach games, and lounge in the sand. A dip in the North Sea might tempt you – or how about a surfing lesson or an hour in the sauna on the beach? In the town center, you have eve­ryt­hing your heart desires from re­stau­rants to shops, and you can also play golf, bowl, or go go-karting if you're in the mood for fun and chal­len­ging vacation acti­vi­ties.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, high chairs, and cribs from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
