This older, but partially renovated, two-story villa provides a unique setting for your next holiday in Løkken, with views of both the town's rooftops, the Sømærket ligh­t­hou­se, and the North Sea. The older ground floor is furnished with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, allowing the house to ac­com­moda­te up to 8 people; one of the bedrooms is best suited for children. The top floor has been renovated and invites coziness, to­get­her­ness, and quality time – here you'll find a kitchen, dining area, and living room with com­fortab­le quality furniture, as well as a large fireplace where warmth and coziness quickly spread on a cool summer evening. There are exits to large terraces at both ends, facing east and west, offering fantastic views over the town of Løkken and the waves of the North Sea.

Enjoy life outside
The house is situated high up, with three terraces facing south, east, and west – all with bre­ath­taking views and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of always finding sun, shade, or shelter as needed. The terraces are frequent­ly used for morning coffee, grilling, or perhaps a quiet moment with a good book or a glass of wine. There are terrace furniture, a grill, and sunbeds available, as well as plenty of parking space at the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With dunes and the North Sea in the backyard, the location is perfect, and it's only a few hundred meters to both shopping and the town center. Løkken Beach is wide with plenty of space, and it is legal to drive on the beach, so you can easily pack the car for a whole day at the sea. Løkken Town has a good shopping scene and several great dining options, and there are various acti­vi­ties during the summer – check out www.vi­sit­n­ord­jyl­land.dk for more in­for­ma­tion. The area also offers footgolf, a fishing park, bowling, go-karting, galleries, and antique shops, and finally, Denmark’s favorite amusement park, Faarup Som­mer­land, is just a few ki­lo­me­ters away.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
