Welcome inside
The holiday house is spacious and cozy. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area – the heart of the house – with an exit to the terrace, stairs to the living room located on the first floor, and an exit to the pool room with a hot tub and sauna. With eight sleeping spaces, it’s ideal for a large family, and if you want to ac­com­moda­te two smaller families, the house can easily fit them too. The decor is warm and inviting, and the TV room on the first floor with a view of the sea invites many relaxing moments. The house has a single bathroom with a toilet and shower, and there’s an ad­di­tio­nal shower area connected to the pool room. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove, a heat pump, and electric heating in the rooms, and, of course,

Pool room:
Behind the kitchen lies the holiday house’s pool room. Here, there’s a 19m² pool where kids can play and splash around. When they need to warm up, they can visit the sauna or use the shower area located within the room. Adults can keep an eye on the kids while relaxing in the lovely hot tub by the windows, and on the opposite end of the room, there’s a washing machine and dryer. This means you can always have clean swimwear and dry towels ready.

Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot is sur­ro­un­ded by tall, high trees, providing shelter from the westerly winds. The lawn offers ample space for ball games and other acti­vi­ties. There are terraces on three sides of the house, and from the dining area, you can step out onto a small covered section that’s perfect for evening re­laxa­tion. It’s an ideal setting for both active and cozy outdoor living.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is within an easy walk to one of Jam­mer­bugt’s best beaches. A short, brisk walk, and you’re standing at the edge of Grønhøj Beach. It’s less crowded than the large beaches at Løkken and Blokhus, offering a peaceful and quiet at­mosp­he­re. The Grønhøj area boasts a diverse landscape, with op­portu­ni­ties to explore it all up close – at lakes, on hiking trails, from lookout points, and along the North Sea coast. The best en­tertain­ment for kids can be found at Faarup Som­mer­land. And if the weather isn’t great one day, you can visit the large sub­tro­pi­cal water park at Danland in Blokhus.
