This classic wooden summer house was renovated in 2022, resulting in a well-designed holiday home with a won­der­ful­ly cozy at­mosp­he­re. The sur­ro­un­dings also play an important role, as it’s de­light­ful to gaze out at the beautiful coastal landscape of Løkken – with views of the North Sea just 250 meters away.

Welcome inside
Following the latest re­fur­bis­h­ment, the interior boasts bright tones and a lovely balance between modern fur­nis­hin­gs and retro elements that add to the perfect sum­mer­hou­se vibe. In the living room, you can light the fireplace to enjoy a good book or a crossword puzzle on the sofa – just remember to look up now and then to take in the view of the open landscape stret­ching out beyond the living room windows. A fun­ctio­nal kitchen is seam­les­s­ly connected to the living room, and the floor plan also includes three nice bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Enjoy life outside
On the 2576 m² natural plot, there is plenty of space for games and acti­vi­ties among the wild rose bushes. Close to the summer house, you’ll find several patios to choose from: the east-facing patio is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun, while later in the day, you can move to the south-facing one, which features an outdoor fireplace for relaxing in comfort. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and seawater when you return from your swim.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Beach trips will likely be a big part of your holiday since the North Sea is only 250 meters away. The walk through the dunes takes just a few minutes, so if you suddenly feel like watching the sunset from a beach blanket, you can get there before the sun sinks into the sea. Løkken offers great shopping and dining options, and in the summer season, the small cozy streets and the beach with its white beach huts and the Løkken Pier are filled with a buzzing holiday vibe. On the outskirts of town, you’ll find Action House with a go-kart track, laser tag, an indoor play area, and more. You’ll also be a short drive from Løkken Golf Club, Børglum Abbey, Fårup Som­mer­land, and much more.
