At this address, there is a 72 m² wooden holiday home, built in 1977 and later mo­der­nized to look neat and inviting. There are three bedrooms inside, and the floor plan also features a fun­ctio­nal bathroom and a lovely living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen. In the living room, there is a fireplace and a heat pump, and the many windows ensure plenty of natural light – espe­ci­al­ly later in the day, when the sun shines through the large west-facing glass section.

Enjoy life outside
If you don’t want to enjoy the sun inside but outside in the fresh air, simply open the garden door and step out onto the terrace. It is large, with several good sun spots to choose from – and there is even another sunny terrace on the 1,302 m² plot. Here, an outdoor shower and a hot tub have been installed, making it perfect for both a re­fres­hing morning bath and a relaxing wellness moment under the starry sky.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which only enhances the peaceful and relaxing at­mosp­he­re that rests here at this address. If you don’t want to spend the entire vacation relaxing, there are also plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to be active in nature, as Grønhøj is a beautiful area ideal for hiking and biking trips. A swim now and then might also tempt you, and in that case, it’s lovely to be about a kilometer from the North Sea and the beautiful Grønhøj Beach.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, high chairs, and cribs from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your vacation is over.
