Welcome to a combined city and beach holiday in luxurious sur­ro­un­dings. The house, built in 2018, spans two levels: 82 m² on the ground floor and a basement of 44 m². The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a whirlpool – all with panoramic views of the North Sea and the pier. The basement features two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a sauna. Perfect settings for a wellness retreat.

Enjoy life outside
The terraces sur­ro­un­ding the house offer the most specta­cu­lar views of the sea and Løkken town. The house is elevated and located right near the beach. A steep driveway and a beautiful granite staircase lead up to the house. The south- and east-facing terraces are bordered by a stylish fence, with the upper part made of glass, allowing you to enjoy the view while remaining sheltered.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With the dunes and the North Sea in the backyard, the location is perfect, and it’s just a few hundred meters to shops and the town center. Løkken Beach is wide and spacious, and it’s legal to drive on the beach, making it easy to pack the car for a full day by the water. Løkken town offers great shopping op­portu­ni­ties and several excellent re­stau­rants, as well as a range of acti­vi­ties throug­hout the summer.
