On a very large, beautiful, and well-main­tai­ned natural plot in the heart of the pi­c­tu­resque Grønhøj, close to the beach and the sea, you will find this extremely well-main­tai­ned and newly renovated holiday home.

Welcome inside
As you step into the house, you are greeted by bright, calm colors, and you im­me­di­a­te­ly feel welcome. The house’s modern kitchen, fully equipped with all ap­pli­an­ces, is open to the living room and also has access to the cozy courtyard. The living room is spacious, with both a dining area for six people and a more relaxed section with armchairs, a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and a TV. The house is divided into two sections, making it perfect for two families or two couples who want to spend quality time together. In con­nection with the living room and kitchen, there are two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and toilet. In the other part of the house, there is one bedroom with direct access to its own bathroom. The bedrooms include a double bed and two single beds, re­specti­ve­ly. Modern amenities include a heat pump, dis­hwas­her, satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, and wireless internet – all things that will make your holiday more relaxing in this wonderful holiday home.

Enjoy life outside
The house has several great terraces as well as a fantastic enclosed courtyard, which is frequent­ly used during the summer. There are several terrace tables with chairs, making it easy to always find a sunny spot to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. Around the house, the beautiful and well-main­tai­ned garden invites play and ball games, and there is also a large garage that can be used freely. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill are, of course, available.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located on a 3,095 m2 natural plot in Grønhøj with a shel­ter­belt to the west. From the house, it is 200 meters to “strandsti 10”, which leads directly to the beach and the North Sea. Grønhøj Beach is fa­sci­nat­ing year-round; in the summer, the blue waters and waves invite swimming, and during the colder months, the wide sandy beach calls for long walks in the fresh air. Grønhøj is only 4 ki­lo­me­ters south of Løkken, which offers great shopping op­portu­ni­ties, a vibrant business life, a wide selection of re­stau­rants, as well as a swimming pool and Action House, where you can bowl, race go-karts, and enjoy the playland.

Remember that you can always borrow carts, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us once your holiday is over.
