The open kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer. The living room features a vaulted ceiling, access to a partially covered terrace, leather sofas, a spacious dining area with plenty of natural light, a wood-burning stove, a TV with Danish DR channels, a satellite dish (German channels), Chromecast for streaming (requires your own subscription), and a DVD player. There are two bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath, a shower niche, and underfloor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The house has four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with two single beds each. The home is heated with geothermal energy via a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is a crib and highchair available.
Free wireless internet access (fiber optic) is provided. Final cleaning is mandatory.
The house is not rented out to craftsmen or youth groups.
Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 1,416 m² open natural plot with several partially covered wooden terraces. Outdoor amenities include garden furniture, sun loungers, a gas and kettle grill, a swing, a sandbox, and a trampoline.
Get up close to the local attractions: The house is located 300 meters from the coast in Røsnæs, an area known for its stunning, rugged, wild, and beautiful nature, offering fantastic views over the Great Belt. There is access to the beach via a forest path located below the house. The Røsnæs peninsula is situated near Kalundborg and is the westernmost point of Zealand, approximately 110 km from Copenhagen. Røsnæs is characterized by its mild and dry climate and is one of the sunniest areas in Denmark. The terrain is very hilly, providing excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling. The nearest shopping facilities are 3 km away. In the harbor town of Kalundborg, you’ll find plenty of shops and stores, and you can also visit the town’s historic old quarter, Højbyen, with its cobblestone streets and the five-towered church nearby.
