We welcome you to this lovely older and rustic authentic holiday home, here is what you need and the location is really good. The house is located in the first row with a fantastic view and 20 metres to a beautiful sandy beach. The house can ac­com­moda­te 6 overnight guests. There is a lovely covered terrace in con­nection with the living room. The beds are divided into 2 bedrooms and an annex. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen, so everyone can socialise together - even when preparing meals.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home is located on a quiet road with limited traffic in the popular part of Ju­els­min­de close to both "Stor­stran­den" and the town centre. You'll have plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the outdoor life at the house. On the large wooden terraces you can enjoy the sun all day in the fine garden furniture. One of the terraces is covered. You can always find a sheltered spot and some of the meals during your stay will be cooked on the house barbecue.

There is only 20 metres to a very nice beach with a lovely sandy bottom. Within a few minutes' walk, you can put your feet in the sand, enjoy a swim, relax by the water or perhaps take a walk in the beautiful nature in the area. There is a jetty on the beach close to the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Just 20 metres from the cottage is the most beautiful beach, where you can walk along the water and into the marina where you can enjoy a lovely lunch and a large ice cream. The marina is in­cre­di­bly charming, with beautiful boats, re­stau­rants, ice cream parlours, play­gro­und and a crab bridge for the little ones. From here it's just a short stroll to the town centre with several re­stau­rants and cosy shops. When you're in Ju­els­min­de, you should also visit the Nature Play Park with the 8-metre high play tower on Odels­b­jer­get and plenty of acti­vi­ties for the little ones and 2 good paddle tennis courts. Ju­els­min­de also has an 18-hole golf course with views of the Kattegat. Ju­els­min­de is also close to many of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.

The holiday area near Ju­els­min­de is popular and de­ve­l­o­ping in a positive direction. Right now, new beautiful holiday homes are being built, creating a real holiday paradise with a short distance to water and beautiful nature. This also means that at times you may ex­pe­ri­en­ce noise from the nearby con­struction work. But that shouldn't stop you from having a great holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. You'll still find high skies, birds chirping and one of the country's best beaches.
