Welcome to a spacious holiday home for 6 adults and 2 children – close to the town and harbour, yet situated in a peaceful area.

The holiday home features 4 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a large con­ser­va­tory, and 2 bathrooms. Up to 2 dogs are allowed in this holiday home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need for your stay and is directly connected to the dining area and the spacious con­ser­va­tory. From here, you have direct access to a large wooden terrace and a fenced garden.

The sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments include two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. The house’s bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower.

The fourth bedroom is located in a cosy annex next to the main house. It also has a double bed, a washing machine, a dryer, and a nice bathroom. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, this room features a TV with Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish channels.

There is also a TV in the living room with various channels and a Chro­mecast for streaming your own subscrip­tions. Free internet with a 300/60 Mbps con­nection is available.

The holiday home is well-insulated for year-round stays.

Outdoors

The garden sur­ro­un­ding the house offers plenty of privacy and several cosy spots, both in the sun and in the shade.

On cooler days, the con­ser­va­tory is perfect for relaxing, while the terraces around the house provide an ideal space for gathering, enjoying meals, and preparing food on the gas grill. There are plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers to suit all needs.

The garden is fenced, so you can safely let your dogs roam freely. There is also a fire pit and ample space for play and acti­vi­ties. In the garden, you will find a shelter with an insulated floor, heating, and power outlets. The shelter has doors, making it possible to sleep in it even on chilly days.

A storage shed contains an extra fridge, which you are welcome to use during your stay – perfect for keeping drinks cool.

Location

The location of the holiday home is ideal for a holiday combining beach life with town acti­vi­ties. Within just a 5-minute walk (300 m), you’ll reach a fantastic, child-friendly sandy beach. Shops and the charming pe­de­stri­an street in Ju­els­min­de, with many spe­ci­a­li­ty stores, are also within walking distance.

At the end of the pe­de­stri­an street, you’ll find the cosy marina, which is full of life during the summer. Here, you can dine at re­stau­rants, enjoy ice cream, play mini golf, catch crabs, and much more.

Only 1.5 km away, you’ll find the brand-new Nature Play Park, featuring 8-metre-high play towers built into Odels­b­jerg, a variety of play­gro­und equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, sports courts, and two new padel tennis courts. The wide range of acti­vi­ties ensures hours of fun and chal­len­ges for all ages.

For golf ent­hu­si­asts, there is an 18-hole golf course just 2 km away.

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, Ju­els­min­de is close to many of Jutland’s top at­tra­ctions, such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
