Lovely sum­mer­hou­se at Ju­els­min­de with only 150m to the beach and beautiful view to the sea

Very close to a great beach, you will find this lovely house over­look­ing As Vig with room for 4 adults and 1 child divided into 3 bedrooms.

The house has a living room with direct access to a lovely wooden terrace over­look­ing As Vig bay. In the kitchen with dining area you will find eve­ryt­hing you need during your stay including fridge, freezer and dis­hwas­her.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and un­der­floor heating. There is also the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to have your towels washed in the washing machine at the house after a long day at the beach.

The house sleeps 3; two bedrooms with quality double beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed.

There is also a cosy TV room with a sofa, so you can gather and cosy up in front of the TV, which has a TV package with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels.

A TV package and internet speed 70/70 is free of use in the house.

Outdoor
The house is sur­ro­un­ded by nice wooden terrace with several garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol. On the terraces of the house, you can enjoy the sun or the view of As Vig bay all day, and the large gas grill invites you to outdoor cooking.

There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace, which will surely be used frequent­ly, as it is certainly wonderful to have a bath after a nice day at the beach.

Location
This sum­mer­hou­se is located in As Vig close to the cosy holiday colony As Hedegård. The area has a great at­mosp­he­re and during the summer months there is a lot of life here. From the house it is a short walk to the grocery store, sea, and forest.

The nice, child-friendly and sandy beach is only 150 m from the house.

The sum­mer­hou­se is also just a short drive from the port town of Ju­els­min­de, which offers many acti­vi­ties and re­stau­rants throug­hout the summer.

Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the brand-new Nature Play Park located inside Ju­els­min­de with 8 meter high play towers located up Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, courts and chal­len­ges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means there is hours of play and challenge for the whole family.

We can also recommend driving to Horsens which is about 20 minutes by car from the house. Here you can, among other things, ex­pe­ri­en­ce the old state prison "Fængslet", which today has been turned into a museum. An activity for both children and adults.
