Welcome to this lovely holiday home, located a two-minute walk from the beach. The holiday home is furnished with an entrance hall

The heart of the holiday home is the large, bright kitchen/dining room and the living room, where you can relax with board games to the sound of the wood-burning stove on chilly days. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal­ly furnished with a kitchen island and you'll find eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare a good meal. The holiday home also has two good bathrooms and three good bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds.

The holiday home is heated by a heat pump with cooling and a wood-burning stove.

Enjoy life outside
From the cosy living room, there are two exits to the large terrace where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Here you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy a lovely summer dinner outside in the evening sun or relax with a good book in the sun loungers after a nice walk by the beach. The terrace is partially covered, so you can enjoy the summer well into the evening without noticing the dew. In the garden, there is also room for the whole family to play ball games.

Location
The holiday home is located in the scenic holiday home colony, with an in­cre­di­bly lovely beach with a jetty and green common areas with a play­gro­und for the children.

From the holiday home, it's a few minutes' drive to the cosy harbour town of Ju­els­min­de, where you can enjoy the cosy eateries, the maritime harbour with ice cream parlours, play­gro­und and crab pier. Ju­els­min­de also has a fantastic nature play­gro­und where you can look out over the entire town from the top. You can also compete in paddle tennis, mini golf or take a trip to the popular 18-hole golf course over­look­ing the Kattegat.
