We look forward to welcoming you to this newly built house located in the popular part of Ju­els­min­de. The house is built in 2021 and ideal for a relaxing holiday in a modern setting with family and friends. There is capacity for 8 adults + 2 children and the house has 4 bedrooms, large open kitchen, spacious living room, two bathrooms and a wonderful outdoor spa area. The beds are all quality double beds, and there is in 3 of the bedrooms bunk beds. From one of the bathrooms there is direct access to the private spa area and washing machine.

The heart and gathering place of the house is de­fi­ni­te­ly the spacious kitchen which is centrally located in the house with great light coming in from the large windows. In the kitchen there is eve­ryt­hing you might need of modern amenities. There are induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dis­hwas­her, fridge and freezer.

The dining area is a direct extension of the kitchen, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together or to enjoy board games and a cosy get-together.The living room has a cosy sofa with a beautiful view of the garden and the terrace. There are TV channels in the house with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels. It is also possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chro­mecast and your own mobile/tablet. There is free internet with a speed of 50/50.

The house has floor heating in all rooms - heated by air to water system - which is cheaper heating than electri­ci­ty.

Outdoor
Around the house there is a large beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. It is ideal to cook several meals on the house's large gas grill and enjoy them with the family, perhaps on the covered terrace. At the back of the house is your own private "spa area". Here you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the wil­der­ness spa, a visit to the outdoor sauna and then a re­fres­hing soak in the outdoor shower. Sounds great! The beach with bathing bridge is only 200 metres from the house, so after a long day at the beach, the outdoor bath at the house is both re­fres­hing and con­ve­ni­ent.

Location
Ju­els­min­de is notable for its small maritime harbour, child-friendly beaches and charming town centre with several exciting shops, re­stau­rants, shopping op­portu­ni­ties and at­tra­ctions. The area is lovely and quiet, and here you can relax while enjoying plenty of acti­vi­ties for the family. The house is just 1800 metres from the marina, where you can easily ex­pe­ri­en­ce the friendly at­mosp­he­re and perhaps enjoy a freshly caught fish at the re­stau­rant or visit the ice cream shop. There is also the op­portu­ni­ty to challenge the family in mini golf, catch crabs on the dock or simply enjoy the view and the maritime at­mosp­he­re. Grocery shopping is also just 1500 metres from the house.

Discover the fantastic Nature Chil­dren's Play Park located within 2 km with 8-metre high play towers located up Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of chil­dren's play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, slides and fun chal­len­ges as well as 2 padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means there is hours of play and exci­te­ment. If golf is your thing, there is an 18-hole golf course just 2.5 km away.

Ju­els­min­de is also close to many of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions, such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
