Welcome Inside
This classic wooden summer house was ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1979 but underwent a thorough renova­tion in 2019, making it bright, airy, and inviting throug­hout. The layout includes three com­fortab­le bedrooms and a bathroom with a sauna. The central hub of the house is the cozy living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking, while the adjoining dining area is perfect for chatting and enjoying meals together. For more relaxed moments, move to the sofa area near the wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV.

Enjoy Life Outside
As mentioned, the yard is fully enclosed, which is ideal if you’re traveling with a dog or ad­ven­tu­rous young children. The lawn provides plenty of space to play, and there’s also a swing set and tram­po­li­ne to keep the kids en­tertai­ned. While the little ones are busy, the adults can unwind on the terrace in a com­fortab­le lounge chair or fire up the grill for a delicious outdoor meal.

Get Up Close to the Local At­tra­ctions
Pilevej is a quiet cul-de-sac bordering directly on Kollerup Plan­ta­tion, making it easy to step right onto the forest trails. Follow the marked routes or explore on your own, perhaps heading to the viewpoint "Toppen," which offers stunning vistas stret­ching all the way to Bulbjerg and Svinkløv. If you’re traveling with a dog, the nearby dog forest allows off-leash ad­ven­tu­res, and mountain biking ent­hu­si­asts will ap­pre­ci­a­te the marked MTB trails in both Kollerup and Svinkløv Plan­ta­tions. The summer house is also just a few ki­lo­me­ters from Jam­mer­bug­ten, making it easy to drive to Kollerup Beach or one of the other nearby beaches for a re­fres­hing dip in the North Sea. For shopping and dining, the market town of Fjer­rits­lev is con­ve­ni­ent­ly close by.
