The house is situated at the end of Bøgevej in the holiday home area between Kollerup Plan­ta­tion and Fjer­rits­lev – an ideal choice for those looking for a bright and spacious holiday retreat close to beautiful nature.

Welcome inside
The 80 m² holiday home was thor­oug­hly renovated in 2025, resulting in a stylish and inviting interior. All rooms feature white-painted wooden walls, cozy decora­ti­ve details, and elegant fur­nis­hin­gs—just as a true holiday home should be. In the living room, a wood-burning stove provides warmth and at­mosp­he­re, while a large flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast ensures en­tertain­ment. At one end of the room, the dining table is placed in a glass bay window, offering a lovely view of the garden and plenty of natural light. The well-equipped and stylish kitchen is seam­les­s­ly connected to the living area. The layout also includes three com­fortab­le bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has direct access to the wooden terrace, where you will also find an outdoor shower—perfect for a re­fres­hing start to the day. The annex, located next to the terrace, provides ad­di­tio­nal sleeping fa­ci­li­ties, ideal for teenagers or visiting friends who ap­pre­ci­a­te a bit of extra privacy.

Enjoy life outside
The outdoor areas are just as inviting as the interior. The 948 m² property is beau­ti­ful­ly landsca­ped, featuring a spacious lawn, a paved driveway leading to the carport, and terraces facing both east and west. The west-facing terrace is sure to become a favorite among guests. Here, you will find the outdoor spa and barrel sauna—an un­dis­tur­bed oasis with plenty of space to enjoy outdoor living. Sun loungers and a lounge set invite you to relax, while there is also ample room to set the table for lunch, which can be prepared on the house’s large barbecue. The terrace can be fully enclosed, making it par­ti­cu­lar­ly con­ve­ni­ent for families with young children or dog owners.

Here, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, a mountain bike route, and a dog forest where your four-legged com­pa­ni­ons can run freely. From the quiet Bøgevej, it is also easy to reach the North Sea. Kollerup Beach is only a few ki­lo­me­ters away, and you can also visit desti­na­tions such as Svinkløv or Thorup Strand to explore more of Jam­mer­bug­ten’s scenic coastline. If you need to do some holiday shopping, Fjer­rits­lev is close by, offering su­per­mar­kets, re­stau­rants, shops, a golf course, and even a cinema.
