Well-main­tai­ned holiday home with spa bath close to Ebeltoft

Not far from Ebeltoft you will find this cozy and well-main­tai­ned holiday home. The house includes a cozy, bright and well-furnished living-room with wood stove and heating pump. In con­nection with the living room is the lovely and fun­ctio­nal kitchen with dis­hwas­her. Lovely bathroom with spa bath and guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has four good bedrooms. For the little holiday guests there is a highchair and cot.

Outdoor
The house is located on a beautiful plot with a large lawn and several terraces with garden furniture. Here you will also find a cozy campfire, so you can sit outside on a warm summer evening and make mars­h­mal­lows or grill sausages. There is a sandbox, swing, football goal and tram­po­li­ne available for the children. On the plot there is also a nice shelter you can use. However, you must not use the mattres­ses in the house, but you must bring your own sleeping pad.

Location
The area around Øer, is a cozy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is cha­ra­cte­rized by shallow water and sandy beach. In some places the beach can be a mixture of rocks and sand. If you are cycling on mountain bikes, you will find a 13 km long track in the area, which is divided into different levels of dif­fi­culty. The house is approx. a 5 min drive from the harbor in Ebeltoft and here you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. At the harbor you will also find several good places to eat and there is always the op­portu­ni­ty of buying freshly caught fish. In Ebeltoft’s cozy cobbled streets, you will find many exciting shops with for example art deco, as well as small cozy cafes. Here you will also find the city's most visited at­tra­ction Det Gamle Rådhus, where people come from near and far to get married. The house is a short hour's drive from Kattegat Center in Grenaa and the Norths largest amusement park, Djurs Som­mer­land.
