The house has a total of three lovely bedrooms, including a master bedroom and a lovely bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The living room is divided into two sections: a dining area with direct access to the kitchen and a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and access to the terrace. The perfect setting for a cosy holiday with family and friends.

Enjoy life outside
Discover the large, un­dis­tur­bed natural grounds sur­ro­un­ded by trees that create a haven for play and acti­vi­ties. The large lawn invites you to have fun, and with only 300 metres to the child-friendly beach, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to take a dip. The lovely terrace at the back of the house provides a good view of the garden where you can enjoy the morning, midday and evening sun. In front of the house there is also a smaller terrace, perfect for games and chatting with family and friends. This is the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the bre­ath­taking sunset at Ahl Strand, said to be one of the most beautiful in East Jutland, with the Mols Mountains glimpsed in the ba­ck­gro­und. The beach is child-friendly and a true ki­te­sur­fer's paradise. The deciduous forest along the beach provides shelter and the op­portu­ni­ty to find a private nook to enjoy a day at the beach. Ahl Strand has only four and five stars on Google Review, which testifies to its quality. The house is only a 10-minute drive from Ebeltoft town, where you can stroll through the charming cobbled streets, visit small spe­ci­a­li­ty shops, cafés, and several good re­stau­rants by the harbour. The Glass Museum and the Old Town Hall are also a must-see, and don't forget a visit to Djurs Som­mer­land - one of the Nordic region's largest amusement parks with acti­vi­ties for both young and old. For the active, it's only a few ki­lo­metres to a fine mountain bike course with a 13 km long route in Sdr. Plantage.
