New build (2024) holiday home for seven people with great views
House-ID: 84168Welcome inside
With the most beautiful location close to the beach, forest and fields you will find this newly built (2024) holiday home. The house has a bright and well-furnished living room with attractive furniture, wood-burning stove, TV with German and Danish channels. The kitchen is open-plan and connected to the living room, so everyone can relax and talk while good food is being prepared. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms also has a wonderful indoor whirlpool, which will relax your muscles after a long walk through the neighbourhood. The sleeping areas in the house are arranged in three cosy bedrooms. It is hard not to relax together in this house and enjoy the close proximity to nature and all it has to offer from morning to night.
Enjoy life outside
The house is located at the end of a quiet road and offers views over fields and forest. It is only 500 metres to the sea, so an evening stroll can easily take you in that direction. There is both a covered terrace and open terraces, so the conditions for a great holiday are also provided here. As soon as the coals crackle in the barbecue, this will also contribute to the cosy atmosphere outside in the evening.
Get up close to the local attractions
Dråby Strand is a child-friendly and popular area with a good bathing beach. The beach is characterised by a wide beach meadow covered with grass and flowers, a fine white sandy beach and clear water that gets deep quite quickly, but is still considered a good family beach. There is a gravelled road along the entire beach and plenty of space for parking.
The beach faces east and is therefore protected from the west wind. There are also good fishing opportunities here. You are close to the beautiful Mols Bjerge nature reserve with opportunities for good hiking and cycling tours. It is about six kilometres to the town of Ebeltoft with its many exciting activities. Here you will find, among other things, the Old Town Hall, Det Gamle Rådhus , where people from near and far make a pilgrimage to get married. If you want to see wild animals up close, we can recommend a jeep safari in Ree Park. A good half hour's drive from the house is the largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Sommerland, where you will find plenty of activities for young and old.
