Beautiful 8-person house with spa-bath close to Ebeltoft

Interior
Close to Ebeltoft city, you can find this cozy and well-kept house. In the house you are greeted by a bright and well-appointed living room which e.g. includes a wood stove and a heat pump. From here there are access to a lovely partially covered terrace. In con­nection to the living room is the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Here you can find e.g. a dis­hwas­her and a microwave. Two beautiful bathrooms with un­der­floor heating; of which one is very big with a spa-bath and access to the sauna of the house, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. The sleeping places of the house is divided in four rooms, of which two have double beds and the last two have single beds. For the small holiday guests there is a highchair and a crib.

Outdoor
The house is located on a lovely nature ground with a large lawn, which is suitable for playing, ballgames and outdoor acti­vi­ties. Here you can find both an open and covered terrace area with garden furniture and grill.

Location
The area around Lyngsbæk beach is a nice and quiet area, close to a great and child-friendly beach. In the area you can find more eating places and here there are op­portu­ni­ties for grocery shopping. The area has a hilly terrain and is suitable for walking and bike rides. From the house there is about a 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft city with many tourist at­tra­ctions. Here you can find e.g. Det gamle Rådhus, where people come from near and far to get married. On the harbor you can find more good eating places and here there are op­portu­ni­ties for buying freshly caught fish every day. It is also here you can find the Glas­mu­se­um, which is the leader in modern glass art. From the house there is about a 15-minute drive to Ree-park, where it is possible to get close to the wild animals. There are about a half an hour drive to re­specti­ve­ly Kat­te­gat­cen­tret in Grenaa and to the Nordic region´s largest amusement park Djurs Som­mer­land.
