Close to beautiful nature you will find this beautiful and very well-main­tai­ned holiday home. The house has a lovely bright living room, cosily furnished and with space for games and play. Connected to the living room is the fun­ctio­nal kitchen with all ap­pli­an­ces and from here you reach the bar area and the lovely dining area with direct access to the terrace. Lovely bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and they are located 2 and 2 side by side at opposite ends of the house. The TV is equipped with the latest Chro­mecast so you can watch your own pro­gram­mes via the house internet.

Enjoy life outside

The house is located on a beautiful and well-kept plot right next to fields with animals and the forest in the ba­ck­gro­und. The house is not han­di­cap­ped ac­ces­sib­le. There is a large lawn that invites you to play and enjoy ball games and outdoor acti­vi­ties. Several terraces make it possible to follow the sun all day, when it's out of course. There's also a fantastic outdoor hot tub that is shielded from others. So if you feel like it, you can heat it up and let the fun begin.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Handrup Bakker is a beautiful natural area situated in hilly terrain. The area is a quiet and child-friendly area with plenty of path systems. The beach is a child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water and a sandy bottom. The area is located close to the Mols Bjerge National Park and close to Ebeltoft town. In Ebeltoft you will find many at­tra­ctions and spe­ci­a­li­ty shops, as well as cosy cafés in the cobbled streets. Here you'll also find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. At the harbour in Ebeltoft you'll find several good shops and there are also op­portu­ni­ties to buy freshly caught fish every day. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Som­mer­land, are ap­proxi­ma­te­ly ½ hour's drive away.
