High-lying and with the most beautiful view and a small "sea view", you will find this cozy holiday home, Here is a nice bright living-room, nicely furnished and with wood stove and heating pump. In con­nection with the living-room is the cozy kitchen with dining-area and from which there is access to a covered terrace with garden furniture. The house has two smaller bedrooms; a room with two single beds and a room with a double bed. The last two beds can be found on a good sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful bathroom from 2021 with shower and un­der­floor heating.

Outdoor

The house is high lying with the most beautiful view of the area. There are lovely terrace areas with garden furniture and grill. The house is located on a very steep plot - there are 62 steps up to the house. However, a driveway to the house has also been establis­hed, so it is possible to drive almost all the way up there.

Location

Handrup Bakker is a beautiful natural area located in hilly terrain. The area is a quiet and child-friendly area with lots of trail systems. The beach is a child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water and sandy bottom. The area is located close to the National Park Mols Bjerge and close to Ebeltoft town. In Ebeltoft you will find many sights and fa­sci­nat­ing shops, as well as cozy cafes in the cobbled streets. Here you will also find Det Gamle Rådhus, where people come from around the world to get married. At the harbor in Ebeltoft you will find several good shops and here there are also op­portu­ni­ties to buy freshly caught fish every day. The house is about half an hour drive to Kat­te­gat­cen­te­ret in Grenaa and to the Norths largest amusement park, Djurs Som­mer­land.
