Cosy holiday home in 2nd row to the Ring­kø­bing Fjord

When you vacation in this cosy holiday home, you live just 100 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord and Bork Havn’s good surfing beach, and you can even enjoy the water when sitting on the first-floor balcony.

Interior

Since the con­struction in 1977, the holiday home has been both re­mo­del­led and mo­der­nized, so it looks neat and well main­tai­ned with a good floor plan for six people. An updated bathroom is on the ground floor and in total there are four bedrooms, of which two are located in the first floor: One is furnished with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an alcove, while the ground floor offers a single bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the annexe, which is an extension of the con­ser­va­tory. The first floor can be screened by a hatch that can be closed or opened as needed.

The holiday home's con­ser­va­tory is well in­te­gra­ted with the living area, which consists of living room and kitchen in open con­nection. If it is cool outside, you can get ready for re­laxa­tion on the sofa near the wood burning stove in the living room, otherwise the con­ser­va­tory is a perfect place to enjoy the holiday life on a sunny spring day or a bright summer evening.

Outdoor

In front of the holiday home there is plenty of space to park the car, while re­laxa­tion and sun­bat­hing can take place in the enclosed backyard. The garden is fenced and also sheltered by hedges and bushes, so it is a nice secluded and serene setting for lazing around. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can lie down in the garden furniture on the first floor's sunny balcony, from where you can look out at Ringkøbing Fjord and see the surfers doing tricks on the water.

Location

If you want to get in close contact with the water, it doesn't take many minutes to jump in the wet suit and come down to the beach with a surfboard. Thanks to the good wind con­di­tions and the low water, both beginners and pro­fes­sio­nals can enjoy windsur­fing and ki­te­sur­fing here and there is also the op­portu­ni­ty to practice SUP and other water sports. A child-friendly beach is also very close to the holiday home, and if you prefer to stay on land, there are a few hundred meters to Bork Havn itself, where you can eat ice cream or sit down at one of the re­stau­rants near the quayside. There are many family-friendly acti­vi­ties in the local area, and among other things, a visit to Bork Vikin­ge­havn, Bork Legeland or a round of mini golf at Fe­ri­e­part­ner can be recom­men­ded.
