Nice house with view over the surf beach

This lovely holiday home is not only centrally located in Bork Havn, but also directly in front of Ringkøbing Fjord and the town's at­tra­cti­ve surf beach.

Interior
After a thorough renova­tion in 2010, the holiday home appears bright and inviting. The square meters are well used, and thought has been given to the layout. The living room is located on the first floor, where the fjord view is most im­pres­si­ve, and through the west-facing window section you can admire the scenic view and follow the surfers sailing, while you sit and enjoy yourself in the com­fortab­le sofa section. If you are getting hungry, you can go down­stairs and start dinner in the kitchen-dining room on the ground floor, which is equipped with, among other things, an efficient pellet stove. On the floor you will also find a bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and the third with a double sofa bed of 120 cm. In total, there is room for six holiday guests in the house - and here it should be mentioned that there is also the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of sleeping in the alcove on the first floor, so that there are more sleeping options when it is time to go to bed.

Outdoor
If the sun is shining, you can move to the con­ser­va­tory or com­ple­te­ly out in the open, where there are several cozy seating areas to choose from. On the east side of the house there is a small wooden terrace, a carport, and well-main­tai­ned stone paving, and to the west of the house there is a large, tiled terrace, from which you can look out over your own lawn and further towards the water. If you really want to enjoy the fjord view, you should move up to the first-floor balcony.

Location
If you do not want to just admire the natural sur­ro­un­dings from the holiday home, there is only 50 meters to the beach, where you can surf, kayak or just enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the water. If you want to swim, there is a small beach north of Bork Havn, and here the water is shallow and calm, so the youngest children can easily take part in splashing and swimming. Bork Havn has both a su­per­mar­ket and re­stau­rants, and Bork Vikin­ge­havn, Fahl Kro and Bork Legeland are some of the family-friendly at­tra­ctions in the city. For families with children, it is obvious to take a trip to Legoland or Jyllands Park Zoo, both of which are ap­proxi­ma­te­ly an hour's drive away - and if you are into sumptuous food ex­pe­ri­en­ces, it is less than 20 km to the Michelin-starred re­stau­rant Henne Kirkeby Kro.
