Classic holiday house with spa-bath, close to the inlet

On a small, closed road just 300 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord you will find this lovely summer house, which gives you a cozy setting for the holiday life. If it's cold outside, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room and relax in the hot tub - and if the summer sun is shining, the cozy moments can instead take place out on the terrace and in the garden.

Welcome inside
The summer house has been renovated in 2023, with bright walls and new furniture - and a brand-new kitchen. The living room is high-ceilinged and there is a wood-burning stove and an alcove as well. The house contains a lovely living room in­te­gra­ted with a kitchen area and a bathroom, which is equipped with a spa bath. After a long day full of holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces, you can relax in the three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and one with a single bed. In the alcove of the living room, there is an op­portu­ni­ty for the children to enjoy them­sel­ves.

Enjoy life outside
If you have small children with you on holiday, they will probably be happy that there are swings and a sandbox on the grounds. In addition, the grounds are com­ple­te­ly fenced so that dogs can run freely. There is also plenty of space to play on the lawn, so the whole family can par­ti­ci­pa­te in viking games, croquet, or whatever garden games you bring. If you need more of a quiet moment in a good garden chair, the southwest facing, partially covered wooden terrace is perfect for the purpose.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Together with a small group of holiday homes, the summer house is located on a small side road, and in the sur­ro­un­ding area there are green communal areas, a play­gro­und and paths that take you further around Bork Havn. It is easy to get around on foot, because the popular surf beach is only 300 meters away, and shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants and the city's cozy harbor en­viron­ment are also within a short walking distance. If you would rather cycle, it is possible to rent bicycles in Bork Havn, so you can go exploring in the scenic sur­ro­un­dings of Ringkøbing Fjord. For example, you can follow the coast on the beautiful stretch to Skjern Å, and if you have brought your own mountain bikes, it is recom­men­ded to go to Blåbjerg Klit­plan­ta­ge, which has three MTB tracks of varying dif­fi­culty.
