Close to the popular surf beach in Bork Havn, you will find this gem of a holiday home, which offers both soul and charm, as well as a fantastic view over Ringkøbing Fjord.

Interior
Right from the moment you enter the house, you feel the house's warmth and per­so­na­li­ty. This house is not just "one in a row", but rather one that has been really sought after over the years. The meeting point on the ground floor is the living room, which is connected to the kitchen. Here are all the practical things you need to cook and wash clothes - but there is also plenty of coziness present, as the house has a lovely wood-burning stove in the middle of the room, perfect if you want to stay after your meal and enjoy a game of cards. Or you can continue directly out onto the partially covered terrace, where you can of course also enjoy the food and each other's company when the weather permits. On the ground floor you will also find all the bedrooms, each of which has room for two people. Here is also the house's bathroom, as well as a nice east-facing con­ser­va­tory and a utility room with space for all the practical things. On the house's 1st floor, the living room is furnished with beautiful furniture - and a fantastic view of the fjord. This can of course also be enjoyed from the balcony, and it is all facing west, so you can enjoy the famous sunset over the North Sea without having to drive for it.

Outdoor
The house is situated on a large plot of land, and the house has a large and usable lawn - perfect for playing, games and sun­bat­hing. The garden is an extension of the partially covered terrace, and when the weather permits, there is therefore plenty of space for all family members outside. The large size of the lot also makes it possible to store all the equipment needed to unfold on the surf beach. If you do not have the equipment yourself, it can easily be rented in the city. It is also easy to park right in front of the holiday home, so you don't have to walk too far when you come back from an excursion or shopping.

Location
If you feel like getting in close contact with the water, it doesn't take many minutes to jump into the wetsuit and come down to the beach with a surfboard. Thanks to the good wind con­di­tions and the shallow water, both beginners and experts can enjoy windsur­fing and ki­te­sur­fing here, and there is also the op­portu­ni­ty to practice SUP and other forms of water sports. A child-friendly bathing beach is also very close to the holiday home, and if you prefer to stay on land, there are a few hundred meters to Bork Harbor itself, where you can eat ice cream or sit down at one of the re­stau­rants near the quayside. There are many family-friendly acti­vi­ties in the local area, and among other things, a visit to Bork Vikin­ge­havn, Bork Legeland or a game of mini golf at Fe­ri­e­part­ner is recom­men­ded. If you get in the car, it's not far to Ny­min­de­gab Beach, Skjern Enge or the Tipperne bird reserve - the area offers a sea of natural ex­pe­ri­en­ces just waiting to be explored.
