The dream of spending a holiday on a houseboat can come true in Bork Havn: Here you will find "Jojka", a floating holiday home that gives you a different and beautiful setting for the days with family or friends.

Interior
On "Jojka" you get the unique ex­pe­ri­en­ce of being close to the water around the clock - re­gard­less of whether you stay inside or sit on the sun decks. And even though it is a houseboat, you can look forward to the same level of comfort as in a modern holiday home. The rooms are light, airy and ta­ste­ful­ly decorated by an interior designer. Inside, you have 105 m² spread over two floors: On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a spacious dining kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a spa bath and the other with a sauna. If you go up to the first floor, you will come to a lovely living room with a burning stove, soft seating furniture and large windows, so that the moments of re­laxa­tion take place with the fjord as a beautiful backdrop. Two further bedrooms are also located here on the floor, and therefore there is room for six holiday guests.

Outdoor
The houseboat is equipped with three lovely decks to choose from, which together measure 68 m², so there is plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to find a nice place when you want to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. On the sundeck on the first floor, you sit high above the water which gives you a good overview of the harbor's fishing boats, the yachts and the beautiful fjord landscape.

Location

If you are bringing the children, it is wonderful to live right by Bork Havn's small, child-friendly beach, which is located just a few steps from the houseboat. If you plan to surf or kayak, you can quickly slip to the other side of the harbor, where it is good to practice several types of water sports - and there is even the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of getting lessons and renting equipment if you are a beginner or missing gear. After the physical exertion, you can treat yourself with a good meal at one of the city's eateries, and if you'd rather cook yourself, you can shop at the local su­per­mar­ket. In Bork Vikin­ge­havn and Bork Legeland, the whole family can look forward to a pleasant afternoon, and a trip to the North Sea is also obvious when you live so close to the west coast.
