When the house was mo­der­nized, the lower level was trans­for­med into a beautiful spa area with a corner hot tub, sauna, and a lounge with direct access to the terrace. At the top of the house, it’s also a wonderful place to be, as here you’ll find a large loft with views over the dunes and the North Sea. You can also enjoy this beautiful view from the first floor, where you can relax in the panoramic lounge. If you want to engage more senses, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony from one of the two bedrooms on that floor to enjoy the fresh sea air and the warmth of the sun. The house’s second bathroom and third bedroom are located on the ground floor, which also features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and living room. As on the other floors, the interior is stylish, and the at­mosp­he­re is in­cre­di­bly inviting, with many windows ensuring you’re bathed in the beautiful light of the western coastline for most of the day.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home sits on a 6700 m² dune plot, which is home to fantastic wildlife year-round. As a practical im­prove­ment, part of the plot has been leveled, making it easier to park and access the house. There’s also a lawn for play and ball games, while the rest of the plot is beau­ti­ful­ly un­du­lat­ing with wild ve­ge­ta­tion. A path leads up to a lovely viewpoint, and around the house, there are several sunny terraces with high-quality garden furniture.

The local area

You’ll be staying at the end of the private Rev­lin­ge­vej, and just a few meters from the house, a path leads directly over the dunes to the North Sea. Saltum Beach is known as one of Denmark’s best bathing beaches, and when the urge for a swim arises, you just need to grab your towels and swimwear before taking a few steps through the warm sand.
