Welcome inside

Step into this nostalgic holiday home, where time seems to stand still, and let yourself be embraced by its authentic and warm atmosphere. This charming gem has been lovingly maintained, with many of its original furnishings, porcelain, and curtains dating back to when the house was built in 1972. The cozy feel of the past blends seamlessly with the comfort of modern amenities, as the beds are much newer, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The house features two inviting bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, ideal for children, complete with toys and games to entertain. For extra space and privacy, the spacious annex from 1996 offers a double bed and another bunk bed with two sleeping spots, making it perfect for family gatherings.

Enjoy life outside

Just 325 meters from the beautiful Fjellerup Beach, this holiday home is perfectly situated for enjoying sunny days by the sea with ease. The garden is a serene oasis where you can retreat after a day of adventures on Djursland, offering peace and tranquility. The elevated, partially covered terrace invites cozy evening gatherings, where you can bask in the holiday spirit while watching the sunset. The house and annex are thoughtfully placed, creating an intimate setting with a charming firepit area perfect for roasting marshmallows and baking bread on sticks, making memories under the open sky.

Get up close to the local attractions

Fjellerup Strand is a former fishing village, now a beloved holiday destination for many. The beach is ideal for families, boasting the Blue Flag certification, with its dunes, shallow waters, and sandy bottom making it perfect for little ones to play. The surrounding nature is stunning and diverse, with many walking paths and small roads ideal for cycling. Spring brings fields of bright yellow rapeseed and the most beautiful, fresh green forests. Along the coast, you'll find excellent fishing spots for enthusiasts. Explore the nearby attractions, such as Mejlgård Castle, the stone burial mounds at Tustrup, and the Old Estrup Agricultural Museum. A 15-minute drive takes you to Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, while a half-hour drive leads to the charming town of Grenaa, home to the Kattegat Center, where you can meet sharks up close. If you’re up for a longer trip, about an hour’s drive can take you to the southern part of Djursland, with attractions like Ebeltoft, the Mols Bjerge National Park, or even the bustling city of Aarhus.
