The bright and welcoming living room quickly becomes the heart of the home, offering a warm at­mosp­he­re where the heat pump ensures a com­fortab­le tem­pe­ra­tu­re, and the cozy wood-burning stove adds an extra touch of warmth on cooler evenings – with free firewood at your disposal. From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely, elevated, and covered terrace with com­fortab­le outdoor furniture – perfect for long summer evenings.

The cozy kitchen, which is open to the living room, has eve­ryt­hing you need, including a dis­hwas­her, so you can spend more time relaxing instead of doing the dishes. The house offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms with double beds, two of which can be split into single beds if needed. The third bedroom has a double bed measuring 130 cm in width. The bright and well-appointed bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.

As an extra delight, the house includes a charming annex with two sleeping spaces (90x185 cm) – ideal for teenagers who want their own little retreat or for guests seeking extra privacy.

The house is beau­ti­ful­ly situated on a natural plot, offering fresh air and scenic views. The spacious terraces provide plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to bask in the sun on com­fortab­le outdoor furniture or fire up the grill for a delicious meal under the open sky. The grounds are perfect for play and outdoor fun, seam­les­s­ly blending into a rolling beech forest, ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. The annex is cozily tucked away in the corner of the property, adding to its charm.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Bønnerup is a charming old fishing village located in the pi­c­tu­resque northern part of Djursland. Here, you will find a perfect mix of forest, beach, and a de­light­ful harbor at­mosp­he­re. The harbor is full of life, both in the scenic marina and at the fishing harbor, where you can buy freshly caught fish year-round from the popular local fis­h­mon­ger. During the summer, the harbor becomes a lively gathering spot with cozy re­stau­rants and small shops.

The beach is one of the area's most child-friendly, boasting shallow waters and a soft sandy bottom, making it ideal for playing, splashing, and relaxing. Just a short 30-minute drive away, you’ll find Scan­di­navia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Som­mer­land, offering fun-filled ex­pe­ri­en­ces for all ages, with exciting new at­tra­ctions each year.

In the nearby market town of Grenaa, a short drive away, you can visit the Kat­te­gat­cen­ter, home to sharks, penguins, seals, and fa­sci­nat­ing sea creatures. A well-developed network of trails along most of the north coast makes it a paradise for hiking, running, and cycling ent­hu­si­asts, as well as nature lovers. The area also boasts numerous castles, manor houses, lush forests, and charming villages with tra­di­tio­nal inns.
