Even before you enter the apartment, you get a warm feeling that you're going to have a wonderful holiday. From most of the apartment and the large terrace, there are beautiful views of the maritime canal and the other fine houses. The apartment is cosy, yet bright and modern. Beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a spacious entrance hall. The lovely living room invites you to cosy up with a good book or one of the "house" board games. There is a cosy dining area and an open kitchen. From the living room you have access to one lovely bedroom with a triple bed and wardrobes.

The apartment is located in a cosy en­viron­ment with colourful holiday homes and canal views. The holiday village is for families, young and old alike, with re­stau­rants, multi-purpose halls, marinas and much more within a few hundred metres. A large and lovely terrace with relaxing furniture and barbecue. The terrace is south-facing/sunny all day long, so there are many beautiful m² to enjoy all day long.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Øer is a cosy and popular holiday area located near the forest and beach. The beach is cha­ra­cte­ri­sed as a sandy beach with shallow water. However, in some places on the beach, you may ex­pe­ri­en­ce a mixture of stones and sand. If you want to speed up your holiday with mountain bikes, there is a 13 km long course in the area, which is divided into dif­fi­culty levels. If you like modern art, you can drive to the harbour in Ebeltoft and take a look inside the Glass Museum. The harbour also offers several good places to eat and you can buy freshly caught fish. If you're visiting Ebeltoft town, it's worth taking a look around the cosy cobbled streets. Here you'll also find several exciting shops with han­di­crafts and cosy cafés.
In Ebeltoft town, you'll also find the town's beautiful landmark, Det Gamle Rådhus (The Old Townhall), where people from near and far can get married. The holiday home is about an hour's drive from the Kattegat Centre and the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Som­mer­land.
